Process composition:
1. Powder mixer: Choose different types of powder mixer according to the output of the production line.

3. Twin-screw extruder: Choose different types of extruder according to the output of the production line. The output ranges from 100kg/h to 500kg/h. Corn flour, rice flour, wheat barley flour and other grains can be used as raw materials. .
4. Air conveyor or hoist: transport the semi-finished products to the oven, and the height of the air conveyor or hoist is determined by the oven.
5. Multi-layer oven: the oven is mostly electric oven, the temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees, the inside is stainless steel mesh cloth and stainless steel mesh belt, the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed.
6. Cooling conveyor: the dried particles contain a certain temperature, and the packaging quality can be guaranteed by cooling to room temperature.
7. Crushing equipment: crush the material to be crushed into powder according to actual needs.
