This production line uses flour as the main raw material and is extruded by the screw main engine. After frying and seasoning, it can produce fried noodles with various shapes and tastes. The extruded products can be directly fried without baking. Dry, simple production process, small equipment investment, is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized high-quality food enterprises. After the continuous improvement and upgrading of the single screw technology of Dayi, the production structure is more delicate and the taste is more crisp. There are hundreds of molds available, and the popular fried noodles on the market can be produced.
