Single drum seasoning line
Equipment introduction:
The production line consists of a hoist, drum seasoning machine, oil sprayer and automatic powder sprayer. The puffed food that has passed the drying is sent to the drum seasoning machine by the elevator. While the drum is rotating, the oil and seasoning powder are added by the oil sprayer and the automatic powder sprayer, and they are evenly mixed in the drum for seasoning treatment.
The electrical control part of the production line adopts the centralized control of the control cabinet. The drive motors that require variable speed use a stable and reliable frequency conversion speed regulation system. The heating system is equipped with advanced temperature control and display devices.
