Production line description:
1. Snack food production line Process flow:
Raw material preparation→mixing→conveying→extrusion→conveying→drying→(screening)→oil spraying→seasoning→(packing)

Process composition:
1. Powder mixer: Choose different types of powder mixer according to the output of the production line.
2. Screw feeder: the use of screw agitating conveying ensures that the second uniform mixing and feeding are convenient and quick.
3. Twin-screw extruder: Choose different types of extruder according to the output of the production line. The output ranges from 100kg/h to 500kg/h. Corn flour, rice flour, wheat barley flour and other grains can be used as raw materials. .
4. Air conveyor or hoist: transport the semi-finished products to the oven, and the height of the air conveyor or hoist is determined by the oven.
5. Multi-layer oven: the oven is mostly electric oven, the temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees, the inside is stainless steel mesh cloth and stainless steel mesh belt, the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed.
6. Vibrating screen: Screen out unqualified products and scraps. (Optional)
7. Seasoning line: octagonal tube, cylinder, lifting single drum, double drum seasoning line, configured according to output and product nature.
