The equipment adopts a stable and reliable frequency conversion speed regulation system and an accurate pressure sensing system, which makes the operation more convenient and accurate. The spiral part adopts two specially designed screw structures such as co-rotating, double-ended arc grooves, and kneading blocks. It has the characteristics of self-cleaning function, high pushing efficiency, and good shear and homogenization effect. The equipment has high output, reasonable design, high degree of automation, convenient operation, small floor space, energy saving, and low processing loss. It can carry out deep-level redevelopment and application of grains. The extrusion equipment belongs to the domestic advanced level. Its development and production fill the gap of domestic large-diameter twin-screw extruder equipment, and it is recommended as a domestic high-quality food machinery by the China Packaging Food Machinery Association of the Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Services.
Equipment principle
The main part of the twin-screw extrusion system is the screw and screw sleeve. The two screws are double-headed right-handed, meshed with each other, and rotate in the same direction. During the working process, the materials sticking to the screw are scraped and pushed forward. The screw is composed of a pitch of 80mm, 60mm, 40mm, and 20 shear rings and kneading blocks. All threads are trapezoidal threads with a depth of 15mm. , The material increases the contact area to the sleeve, which is convenient to absorb external heating and is beneficial to the maturation of the material; on the other hand, the material can fully receive the shearing force when passing through the 20 special shearing rings in the last section. Internal energy, complete material organization. The screw is connected by a spline shaft sleeve to form an integral concentric screw. This connection method is interchangeable, convenient for assembly and disassembly, and easy to replace.
The lubrication system is composed of a gear pump, an oil tank and an oil circuit, and is equipped with a special oil cooling device to force lubrication and cooling of the rotating parts of the distribution box.
The main driving power in the transmission system is a specially customized FA series parallel shaft helical gear reducer, which is directly connected to a 55KW motor. The power enters the distribution box and is decomposed into two output shafts that rotate in the same direction. The helical gears Z30 and Z60 are external meshing and belong to the triangle. In the transmission system, two Z30 helical gears each carry the torque and radial thrust transmitted by the screw. This machine's speed control system adopts frequency conversion speed control technology, which is reliable in adjustment, large in adjustment range, and stable in operation. The gear shafts in the box adopt the most advanced tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing set to ensure the stability of the equipment.
The heating system and the barrel cooling system are complementary to each other (matching with the water tower). The main engine consists of six barrels, including one barrel for unloading section, one barrel for cooling section, and the remaining four sections with cooling water tanks, and the water tanks are filled with copper. The pipe enters the water to realize the cooling of the barrel, and each area outside is controlled by an infrared stainless steel heating ring. The power of each heating ring is 5KW, a total of 20KW. The temperature of each zone can be adjusted independently. Cooling is divided into five areas, four of which are corresponding to heating, and the solenoid valve automatically controls the entry and exit according to the heating temperature. The last area has a cooling water bag at the barrel closest to the feeding port for long water flow!
