Twin screw operation method and corresponding adjustment

1. Place the production line in a ventilated and dry place according to the floor plan.

2. The main machine is well grounded, and other equipment is placed steadily to prevent uneven forces on each part of the machine body, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment.

3. Knife switches (or air switches) should be installed in each part of the production line, which can be isolated and protected from the mains for maintenance.

Host: BVR10㎜2×3+BVR 4㎜2×1 (The wiring is shown in Figure A2)
All electrical equipment should have reliable grounding or zero protection. The grounding resistance is not more than 4Ω.
4. No-load debugging of the powder mixer: manual cranking, check that the movement system is barrier-free, drive empty test, turn to the direction of the arrow.

5. No-load debugging of the host

Check whether the electrical components of the host are damaged or loose;
Check whether there is any foreign matter in the main engine barrel, screw and screw barrel, and clean it up;
Check the coordination of the gearbox, screw and barrel, and manually reel the belt (remove the die head). The running resistance should be small and uniform. Make a few turns to see if there is any waste discharged.
Check whether the feeding screw is smoothly pushed into the barrel;
Install the rotary cutter to the working position, adjust the gap between the blade and the mold, and turn the blade by hand to keep the blade in good contact with the mold at any position, otherwise it should be adjusted.
Check the lubrication system, the connection should be normal, and the oil tank should be sufficient.
6. After finishing the above inspections, turn on the power

Check the lubrication system. Start the "oil pump" start button (green), the oil pump will turn down if there is oil in the oil pump overflow pipe, otherwise it will reverse.
Open the upper cover of the distribution box and the side guard plate of the main engine to adjust the pressure of the pressure regulating valve and the throttle valve, check whether the sliding bearings are oily, whether the thrust bearing lubrication points are normal, and whether the oil return is timely;
Run for 20 minutes. If the oil level keeps rising, adjust the throttle valve.
Check whether the main motor and the lubricating motor are interlocked properly.
Jog the main motor to check whether the main shaft is rotating forward.
Jog the main motor and listen for abnormal noise in the distribution box and screw barrel.
Turn the heating knob on the "ON" position and check the heating system. The normal heating current is 18-19A.
Start the feeding motor, turn the speed control wheel, and check the operation and direction of the feeding screw.
Start the rotary cutting motor, turn the speed control knob, and check whether the cutter is working properly.
Start the main motor, from low speed to high speed, and check whether the motor speed control system is working properly.
7. Other auxiliary equipment of the production line should also have a no-load test run process to check the steering of the motor and whether there is mechanical jamming.

8. Load and debug

(1) After the no-load debugging is normal, install the die head and the die head on the host.

※ The four nuts connecting the die must be fastened, so as not to affect the discharge

(2) Preheating of the main engine: In order to stabilize the temperature in the barrel, a segmented heating method is adopted:

Settings: 30°C in zone I, 100°C in zone II, 120°C in zone III, heat preservation for 10 minutes
Settings: 50°C in zone I, 140°C in zone II, 160°C in zone III, heat preservation for 10 minutes
Settings: 50°C in zone I, 160°C in zone II, 180°C in zone III, heat preservation for 5 minutes
(3) While the host is preheating, the powder mixer can be operated to mix powder.

□ Mix powder 50㎏ each time, and mix powder evenly, otherwise the puffing quality will be affected.

(4) After the main engine temperature rises to the set value, start the oil pump and start the main motor after 2 minutes of oil supply. Turn on to 600 rpm (30Hz),
Add no less than 2000ml of water to the feed port to facilitate discharging. At the same time, start the feeding motor and adjust the handwheel from slow to fast. If the discharging is normal,
The speed of the main motor is gradually increased to 700 rpm (35 Hz) at the same time. The required feeding amount is based on the principle that it can meet the needs of the host, and it cannot be accumulated or empty.
After feeding, you should always pay attention to the indication of the main motor ammeter, which is generally controlled at 70-140A.

(5) After the material is extruded normally from the die (no foreign matter, good expansion), start the rotary cutting motor, and then close the rotary cutting machine cover. Adjust the motor speed until the desired length and shape are cut.

(6) Before shutting down, add 1—1.5㎏ about 20% water in raw materials to facilitate cleaning and protection of the host.

(7) When shutting down, stop feeding first. After about 3 minutes, the die will stop discharging. Stop the main engine. After removing the die, turn on the main motor and add the puffed waste from the feed port until there is no stickiness at the exit. When the material is in shape,
It can be shut down, the die head is cleaned, and edible oil is applied, and then loaded into the main engine for the next start-up.
